What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.

What We Expect:

• Compassion: A genuine desire to provide comfort and support to clients.
• Reliability: Strong punctuality and dedication to meeting schedules.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Heartify team.
• CPR/First Aid Certification: Preferred but not mandatory; we can assist with training.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and personal care needs.
• Team Player: Collaborate with the Heartify team to ensure the best care is provided.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
• Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality, respect, and a professional demeanor at all times.
• CNAs: Active CNA license.
• HHAs: Experience in home health care.
